  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup ripe kiwi, diced
  • 1 cup ripe mango, diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
  • 4 flour or corn tortillas
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Wash and dice the strawberries, kiwi, and mango into small pieces; leave blueberries whole.
  2. Squeeze lime juice over the fruit mixture and toss gently; add chopped cilantro if desired.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut tortillas into triangles.
  4. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, sprinkle over tortilla triangles on a lined baking sheet.
