  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water and sugar. Sprinkle instant yeast on top and let it sit until frothy (about 5 minutes).
  2. Add flour and salt to the mixture until fully combined.
  3. Transfer dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm spot until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
  5. Punch down the dough gently, divide it into approximately 12 pieces, and shape each piece into a ball.
  6. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (around 30 seconds).
  7. Arrange dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with garlic butter, cover with cloth, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Brush with remaining garlic butter while warm and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
