  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup fresh herbs (basil, parsley, chives)
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese blend (mozzarella and cheddar)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • ¼ cup olives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread tortilla chips evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. In a blender, combine avocados, fresh herbs, sour cream or Greek yogurt, and lime juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Drizzle the green goddess sauce over the tortilla chips. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top.
