  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cups high-quality vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Wash peaches under cold water; halve and remove pits.
  3. Sprinkle granulated sugar and cinnamon on cut sides of peaches.
  4. Place peaches cut-side down on the grill; cook for 4-5 minutes until charred and softened.
  5. Flip peaches, add a small pat of butter on each half, and grill for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Serve grilled peaches in bowls topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
