- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup pure honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water)
Instructions
- Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes and chop bell peppers and onions into similar sizes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, and sesame oil; whisk until blended.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade; coat well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers, alternating with bell peppers and onions.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F). Lightly oil the grates.
- Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is fully cooked.
