  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  2. 2. Mix the Marinade: In a bowl, combine hot honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, lemon juice, and smoked paprika.
  3. 3. Marinate: Pour half of the marinade over the chicken in a resealable bag or bowl. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. 5. Baste and Cook Through: Reduce heat to low, pour remaining marinade over seared chicken, cover, and cook for another 5-10 minutes until fully cooked.
