  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Β½ cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Finely grind half of the pistachios in a food processor and set aside whole ones for decoration.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. Dissolve gelatin powder in warm water as per package instructions and gently fold it into the whipped cream mixture.
  4. In a serving dish, layer half of the whipped cream mixture, sprinkle with ground pistachios, then add another layer of whipped cream.
  5. Top with remaining whipped cream and garnish with whole pistachios. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
