Instructions

  2. 2. Season and Marinate: Toss tofu cubes with soy sauce, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Fry the Tofu: Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Fry marinated tofu until golden brown on all sides (about 10 minutes).
  4. 4. Cook the Gnocchi: Boil water in another pot and cook gnocchi according to package instructions until they float (about 3-4 minutes). Drain.
