  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  2. Gradually add flour, brown sugar, salt, and instant yeast to form a shaggy dough.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the filling by browning additional butter in a saucepan.
  6. Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle and spread the brown butter mixture over it, then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  7. Roll tightly, slice into mini rolls, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden.
