Description

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick and cut into small circles.
  2. Place the cookie rounds on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Allow them to cool completely.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on each cooled cookie round.
