- 1/2 cup peach jam
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings.
- In a large bowl, mix peach jam, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add wings to the marinade and toss to coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C). Grill wings for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway until crispy.
- Brush additional peach jam on wings during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
