 - In a bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
 - Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
 - In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually mix into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
 - Gently fold in the peanut butter until evenly distributed.
 - Drop tablespoons of dough onto prepared sheets and press a chocolate cup into each ball.
