  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form an even crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown; let cool.

  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time without overmixing. Pour the filling over the cooled crust.
  5. Bake in a water bath at 325°F (160°C) for 50-60 minutes until edges are set but center is still slightly jiggly.
  6. Cool gradually in the oven with the door ajar for an hour before refrigerating overnight.
