  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tubes (8 oz each) crescent roll dough
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onions until golden. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until heated through.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cheddar cheese until melted.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Unroll one tube of crescent roll dough in the baking dish, pressing seams together.
  5. Spread the beef mixture over the dough and top with the second tube of crescent rolls. Pinch edges to seal.
