- 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onion until translucent. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Stir in cream cheese until melted. Season with salt, pepper, lemon zest, and dill.
