  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 large sweet potatoes (about 1 lb), diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
