  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 strips thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 6 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Add cream cheese, garlic powder, and chicken broth; stir until smooth.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet and pour the creamy sauce over it. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
