  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 6 waffle ice cream cones

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for about 8 minutes until golden.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  3. Cover the filling and refrigerate for at least one hour to firm up.
  4. Wash and slice strawberries; set aside.
  5. Fill each waffle cone with cheesecake filling using a piping bag or spoon.
  6. Top generously with baked graham cracker mixture and sliced strawberries. Serve immediately.
