  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil or parsley, chopped

  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil or butter (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish with olive oil or butter.
