Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 13×18-inch baking pan.
 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until lump-free.
 - Add buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix gently until combined.
 - Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
 - Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
 - For the frosting: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in cocoa powder and milk until smooth; remove from heat.
 - Gradually whisk in powdered sugar until creamy. Pour warm frosting over the cooled cake.
