Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  5. Press your thumb gently into each ball to create an indent, then fill with approximately half a teaspoon of jam or jelly.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden; let cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
