- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-seasoned)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg (room temperature)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-2 inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
