Instructions

  2. Heat Milk and Cream: In a saucepan, heat milk and cream over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
  3. Combine: Whisk in the dry mixture until smooth.
  4. Melt Chocolate: Add chopped dark chocolate and whisk continuously until fully melted and the mixture thickens. This may take 3-5 minutes.
