Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, quartered
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 ripe kiwis, sliced
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2 tbsp pure honey
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits under cool running water. Slice strawberries into quarters, peel and slice kiwis into rounds, and cut watermelon into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all chopped fruits. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
