  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 orange

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into a pie pan and bake for 10 minutes until golden; let cool.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks; gently fold half into the orange mixture.
  4. Fold in the remaining whipped cream until fully combined.
  5. Pour filling into cooled crust and smooth the top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
