  • 1 cup ripe peaches (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the peaches into chunks.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
