  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 package (3 oz) berry-flavored jello
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9×13 inch pan and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip until combined.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust evenly.
  5. Scatter fresh berries on top of the cream cheese layer.
  6. Prepare jello according to package instructions; let cool slightly before pouring over the berries.
  7. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight until set completely.
