Instructions
- Rinse sago pearls under cold water until clear. Soak in warm water for 30 minutes.
- In a saucepan, boil 2 cups of water over medium heat. Add soaked sago and stir gently until translucent, about 10–15 minutes. Drain excess water.
- In another pot, combine coconut milk and sugar/honey over low heat until dissolved. Stir in lime juice.
