  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini in salted boiling water according to package instructions until they float to the top. Drain and cool.
