  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions

  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  4. In another bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and rice vinegar until smooth. Pour this sauce over the meatballs.
  5. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
