  • 3 tbsp white miso paste
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 scallions, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat dry the salmon fillets and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, miso paste, and soy sauce until smooth. Spread this mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
