- 2–3 red chilies, sliced (adjust to taste)
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro (optional), for garnish
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil. Once hot, sauté minced garlic and sliced chilies until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add the drained noodles to the pan and toss to coat with the garlic and chili oil.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the noodles while tossing continuously to ensure even distribution.
- Toss in sliced spring onions and cilantro if desired, mixing well.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra chilies or spring onions if desired.
