  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup Halloween sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter until bubbly. Stir in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Whisk in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Sift in cocoa powder and flour; fold gently until just combined.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips and half of the Halloween sprinkles into the batter.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with remaining Halloween sprinkles, then layer with the rest of the batter.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Allow cooling before slicing.
