Instructions

- In another bowl, cream melted butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture without overmixing.
- Fold in chocolate chips and half of the Halloween sprinkles.
- Layer half of the brownie batter in the pan, drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top, then add remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Cool before cutting.
