  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic and ginger.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil until smooth.
  3. Marinate chicken in the sauce for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sauté marinated chicken until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
  5. Add reserved marinade to the pan and simmer until thickened (about 10 minutes).
  6. Serve garnished with green onions and optional sesame seeds.
