  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sour cream (full-fat)
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions
