  • 2 cups diced Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 cup whole milk or heavy cream
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
