- 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Instructions
- Chop chicken into small cubes for even cooking.
- Marinate chicken in a bowl with chipotle peppers and lime juice for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook marinated chicken for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Add pineapple during the last few minutes of cooking to caramelize.
- Warm taco shells as per package instructions.
